Bio

Elizabeth Cush, LCPC, is a certified somatic coach, a licensed clinical professional counselor, and business owner. She’s also the host of the Awaken Your Wise Woman podcast. 

Biz has been coaching highly sensitive women all over the world since 2020. Helping them find balance, flow, and energetic alignment, to fully enjoy the beautiful life they’ve created.

Biz has worked in the mental health field for over 20 years and incorporates the body, spirit, and energy into her work.

When she’s not working, she loves to spend time with her husband, three grown boys, her dachshund Elvis, and her friends—spending time on the beach, connecting, and streaming British crime dramas.

She also loves to travel and experience new cultures because it helps her understand that she’s just a small part of this universe. You’ll also find her spending time in nature, riding bikes, and she’s always reading something.
